How to Get Msol UnLicensed Users in PowerShell

To get all unlicensed users in Office 365, use the Get-MsolUser cmdlet in PowerShell with the -UnlicensedUsersOnly parameter.

Get-MsolUser -All -UnlicensedUsersOnly

This command lists all unlicensed user accounts in your organization.
